[edit] The Silver Man
The Silver Man is a Street Entertainer normally found in Chester on Eastgate Street near The Boot Inn on Saturdays and Race Days. The act consists of manipulating Crystal Balls.
The Silver Man has extensive performing experience, stretching back over ten years and encompassing tv, film and theatre work. Specialising in the mesmerising art of contact juggling, Silver dazzles the audience with a display of almost magical ball control, made all the more pleasing by the use of perfectly clear crystal balls. An acomplished stilt-walker, an aerialist, a trained mime and a fire artist, Silver can provide the right entertainment for your event, be it a small party or a blockbuster film. He has a plethora of pleased private and corporate customers who include The National Geographic, Channel 4 and the Rank Organisation.
Silver started performing as a juggler over a decade ago. Since then he has trained in mime and physical theatre with Desmond Jones in London and then gone on to complete Circomedia's OCR diploma in Circus and Theatre, specialising in "Equibrilistics and Manipulation" and "Aerial Skills". Silver has appeared on BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and the Discovery Channel. He has performed throughout Europe, working for many people, including the Greek National Theatre Company and Butlins! He also has a Guinness World Record for firebreathing!
