Take part in a patrol of the the ancient Fortress Deva (now Chester) with Roman legionary Caius Julius Quartus! He'll be dressed In full battle gear as he takes you on patrol and evokes the exciting adventures of an Imperial warrior. You'll see all the important Roman sites around the city centre. You'll discover what it was like to be a front-line defender of the Roman Empire and receive a diploma of military service signed by a centurion.

This tour runs only from June to August inclusive. Prebooked tours can also be made available during half term school holidays.
