The interior of the mall is designed as three streets - St Michael's Row, Newgate Row and Paddock Row, with a central square in the middle, St Michael's Square. The street names reflect the more famous Rows of the city.

Roughly speaking, Newgate and Paddock Rows are chiefly populated by high street chain stores, while St Michael's Row is more upmarket and contains designer boutiques and exclusive jewellers.
