The Commercial Hotel, bar and restaurant is now completely open!

Consisting of a bistro section, three bars an intimate fine dining room and also two spacious and very comfortable external areas, The Commercial is quite rightly the holder of the title 'Best Newcomer' at the Chester Food, drink and lifestyle awards 2010.

This is a comfortable, unpretentious and relaxing pub / restaurant and hotel with informed and friendly staff and a quirky and original atmosphere.

It has become one of the most popular venues in the City center in a relatively short time since it reopened in December 2009.

A must see for any visitor.

The atmosphere can be described as quiet and sophisicated during the day and vibrant and very lively during the evenings, especially on Tuesday nights Laugh Inn Comedy Night and Friday and Saturday evenings after 9pm when the cocktail bar and downstairs lounge play host to some of the North Wests best DJ's.

The Commercial is a first class dining experience that sits above the Gastro pub and is closer to a very good restaurant.

Light bites and sandwiches are available as well as a full a la carte m,enu and they offer a 2 for the Price of one dinner menu every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5pm until 9pm.

Steak night is every Wednesday and they do possibly the best and most authentic Sunday Roast in Chester.

They will soon be launching a sampler menu and they have just launched their Summer menu.

They also have regular Barbecue events throughout the summer.
