One of Chester's premier butchers, Austin's sells all manner of exotic meats - gnu, zebra, wildebeest, ostrich... it also sells quality local meats from Cheshire producers and is famous for the Chester Sausage, made with local pork, herbs and walnuts. Friendly staff and a great range of products.
