Named after the year in which horseracing first officially took place in Chester, Restaurant 1539 offers a truly unique dining experience. Enjoy the finest contemporary British cooking in stylish, modern surroundings with breathtaking views over the famous racecourse.

Using the UK’s finest seasonal produce, diners can expect a la carte Modern British Cooking and an extensive, carefully selected choice of wines including a special Connoisseurs wine list available on request.
